Sr. Software Engineer | Full-Stack & Architecture

Role Overview This role combines strong technical leadership with hands-on engineering expertise. You will be responsible for owning and guiding the full technical direction of the platform, including frontend and backend development, system architecture, infrastructure, and deployment practices. You will work closely with the development team to ensure high-quality execution, scalable architecture, and consistent alignment with product and business goals as the platform moves toward beta launch and beyond. A key part of this role is clear and effective communication with both internal engineers and US-based stakeholders. You will be expected to translate technical decisions into understandable insights, provide structured guidance to the team, and ensure smooth collaboration across all parties. This is a high-impact position where you will play a critical role in shaping the product’s technical foundation and ensuring it is launch-ready at a high standard of quality. Key Responsibilities - Lead and oversee full-stack development (frontend + backend) - Review and validate milestone deliverables before approval - Provide architectural guidance and ensure scalable system design - Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows - Identify risks, inefficiencies, and scalability issues early - Ensure strong alignment between product design and implementation - Maintain high standards across performance, usability, and code quality - Communicate effectively with US clients and internal team members Engagement Scope - Immediate involvement during the final 2–3 weeks leading up to launch - Regular check-ins and collaboration with the development team - Opportunity to transition into a long-term Technical Lead / CTO-level role Required Qualifications - Based in the United States - Proven experience leading full-stack development teams - Strong hands-on experience with modern web/mobile technologies - Solid background in system architecture, scalability, and performance - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and cloud environments - Excellent communication skills, especially in client-facing settings - Ability to provide clear, direct, and actionable feedback Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with early-stage startups (MVP → launch) - Comfortable stepping in to troubleshoot or resolve technical challenges - Experience in stakeholder or investor-facing technical discussions Additional Details - Flexible engagement with potential for long-term leadership
