WordPress/WooCommerce Developer Needed – Investigate Product Gallery & Image Resolution Issues

We're looking for an experienced WordPress/WooCommerce developer to investigate and resolve two intermittent issues on an established WooCommerce website. Issue 1 – Inconsistent Image Resolution Some product images appear blurry when viewed at full size, while others display perfectly. The issue appears random, affecting both older and newer products. We need someone to: Identify the root cause (image generation, thumbnails, caching, theme, plugin, CDN, etc.) Explain why only some products are affected Implement a permanent fix without reducing image quality or impacting site performance Issue 2 – Product Gallery Thumbnail Scroll The vertical thumbnail gallery on some product pages doesn't behave correctly. On affected products, the thumbnail list is cut off and cannot be fully scrolled, while other products work as expected. We need someone to: Identify why the issue only occurs on certain products Fix the gallery behaviour across all product pages Ensure the solution works consistently across desktop and mobile browsers Requirements Strong experience with WordPress and WooCommerce Comfortable debugging JavaScript, CSS and PHP Experience with WooCommerce product galleries, image optimisation and responsive images Familiarity with caching, CDN configuration and image generation Ability to identify and resolve the root cause rather than applying temporary workarounds Clear communication throughout the investigation Please include in your proposal A brief explanation of what you think could be causing these issues Examples of similar WooCommerce debugging work you've completed Your availability to start We are looking for someone who can begin promptly and thoroughly investigate these issues before implementing a robust, long-term solution.
