Senior Full-Stack TypeScript Engineer

We're building a structured, well-specced software product and need a reliable senior engineer to implement modules one by one, then wire them together into a working system. We write detailed specifications. You read them, build to them, and deliver clean working code with tests. That's the core of this engagement. **What you'll be doing:** - Implementing TypeScript modules from written specifications - Connecting backend logic to REST APIs - Writing and maintaining automated tests (Jest) - Eventually building UI surfaces in React and React Native (mobile) - Working incrementally — module by module, stitch by stitch **You're a fit if:** - 5+ years with TypeScript / Node.js — you're fluent, not just familiar - You write tests as part of your build, not as an afterthought - You can read a detailed spec and implement it faithfully without drifting - React and React Native are in your toolkit - You've integrated third-party APIs and built clean adapter layers - You communicate clearly in writing and ask specific questions when something is unclear **This is not a fit if:** - You prefer greenfield work with no constraints - You skip or deprioritise tests under time pressure - You need the product vision explained to build the code **Engagement:** - Potential Long-term (6–12 months, ongoing) - Async-first, written communication - Work is assigned in clearly scoped pieces with acceptance criteria - Part-time to start, expanding as trust builds **To apply, please include:** 1.
