Django Developer (Philippines Based)

We build scalable, secure, and innovative platforms that solve complex business challenges. We are looking for a highly skilled Django Developer based in the Philippines to join our remote team. This role is ideal for a developer with strong experience building fintech, banking, lending, payments, or other financial applications where security, scalability, and reliability are critical. What You'll Be Working On Design, develop, and maintain applications using Python and Django Build secure financial and banking related platforms Develop REST APIs and integrations with third party services Work with both monolithic and microservices architectures Implement authentication, authorization, encryption, and security controls Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams Participate in code reviews and technical discussions Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability Contribute to AI powered features and integrations Required Experience Must be based in the Philippines 5+ years of professional experience with Python and Django Proven experience developing fintech, banking, lending, payments, or financial services applications Strong understanding of software security and secure coding practices Experience implementing authentication, authorization, encryption, and API security Experience with both monolithic and microservices architectures Strong experience with REST APIs and third party integrations Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows Excellent English communication skills Nice to Have Experience with AI, machine learning, or LLM integrations Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms Experience with CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of financial compliance and security standards Experience working with Saudi Arabia, Middle East, or international financial systems What We're Looking For Strong problem solver who can work independently Security minded engineer with attention to detail Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well documented code Comfortable working in a remote and fast paced environment Ability to take ownership of projects from design to deployment To Apply Please include the following in your proposal: Number of years working with Django and Python Description of your most relevant finance, banking, fintech, lending, or payments project Experience with monolithic and microservices architectures Experience implementing security controls and authentication systems Experience with AI integrations or AI powered applications Applications that do not answer the questions above may not be considered.
