Senior Full Stack Web Developer

The Mission We are seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Web Developer to spearhead the development of a modern, scalable web application. This is not just a UI/UX project; we need a true full-stack owner who can architect the backend, design databases, wire up secure APIs, and deploy a flawless frontend. We are starting with a tightly scoped Phase One, laying down a robust foundation engineered for future scale. What You Will Do As the technical owner of this project, you will move beyond simply clearing tickets. You will make high-level architectural decisions, drive product performance, and get your hands dirty in the code. Frontend Mastery: Craft responsive, dynamic user interfaces using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. Backend & APIs: Architect robust server-side logic and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js. Database Management: Design scalable schemas, optimize queries, and manage data relationships using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. Security & Auth: Implement bulletproof user authentication, authorization, RBAC, OAuth, and JWT. System Ownership: Handle server-side background processes, real-time functionality, and end-to-end performance optimization. Quality Assurance: Test, debug, and ensure cross-device perfection while writing clean, maintainable code. Your Technical Arsenal You are an autonomous problem-solver who communicates clearly. Your background should highlight deep experience with complex web applications, and ideally touches on several of our advanced requirements: Advanced Architecture: SaaS development, multi-tenant systems, microservices, and scalable web frameworks. Performance & Real-Time: Event-driven architecture, WebSockets, Redis/caching, GraphQL, background jobs, and rate limiting. Cloud & DevOps: Infrastructure and deployment management utilizing AWS, Vercel, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and serverless ecosystems (Lambda, S3, CloudFront). Ecosystem Integrations: Connecting third-party heavyweights like Stripe, OpenAI, Twilio, Supabase, Firebase, CRMs, payment platforms, and custom webhooks.
