Wordpress website customization and clean up.

I am looking for a php developer who can assist with some wordpress clean up and modifications. My site needs some border modifications and re-organisation. The successful applicant must be expert in wordpress, php and css. The successful applicant will be briefed on the work already done and also future ambitions. This would suit a php programmer with very good wordpress integration experience.
