AI Software Engineer (m/f/d) – Voice AI / LLM / Automation

About the Role We're looking for an experienced AI Software Engineer to help build and scale our next-generation Voice AI platform. You'll work at the intersection of Large Language Models, telephony, APIs, and automation, developing intelligent voice agents that interact with customers in real time. Your Responsibilities Develop and improve our AI-powered Voicebot platform Integrate and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) Design and optimize prompts and AI workflows Connect external APIs and third-party services Build integrations with CRM systems and other business platforms Work with SQL databases and backend services Develop scalable, high-performance backend solutions Optimize real-time voice communication and automation workflows Troubleshoot and improve system performance Required Skills Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript SQL databases REST APIs Git Asynchronous programming AI & LLM Experience You should have hands-on experience with: Large Language Models (LLMs) Prompt Engineering AI Agents Function Calling Context Management Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) (preferred) Voice AI Experience Ideally, you have experience with: Voice over IP (VoIP) SIP Speech-to-Text (STT) Text-to-Speech (TTS) Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) Real-time audio streaming Telephony APIs Nice to Have Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Node.js Twilio LiveKit OpenAI API ElevenLabs Cartesia WebSockets Docker Linux Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) What We're Looking For Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and take ownership Passion for AI, automation, and emerging technologies Clean, maintainable, and scalable coding practices Strong communication and teamwork skills Tech Stack JavaScript / TypeScript Node.js SQL REST APIs OpenAI / LLMs Prompt Engineering VoIP / SIP STT / TTS / ASR WebSockets Git Docker Bonus Points You'll stand out if you've already built: AI voice assistants Conversational AI applications Call center automation platforms Real-time communication systems CRM integrations High-volume telephony applications
