AI Agent Engineer – Automated Social Media Content & Publishing Workflow

Project Overview We are looking for a skilled AI Agent Engineer to design, build, and deploy an autonomous (yet supervised) AI Agent dedicated to end-to-end social media content creation and publishing. The goal is to streamline our digital presence by automating the research, drafting, and scheduling phases, while maintaining absolute quality control through a Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) approval mechanism. Core Agent Workflow & Responsibilities The developed AI Agent must be capable of seamlessly executing the following pipeline: 1. Trend Research & Topic Discovery: Scrape the web, monitor specific sources, or analyze RSS feeds/keywords to identify highly relevant, trending topics within our niche. 2. Content Generation: Write engaging, platform-optimized drafts (and final copies) tailored to the specific tone and formatting rules of each platform (e.g., LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram). 3. Human-in-the-Loop Approval: Send a notification (via Slack, Discord, Email, or a custom UI) with the generated draft. The agent should pause and wait for a human operator to click "Approve," "Edit," or "Reject." 4. Automated Publishing: Once approved, the agent must automatically publish or schedule the post to our social media channels using APIs or scheduling tools. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience building autonomous AI Agents or multi-agent systems using frameworks like CrewAI, LangChain, AutoGen, or workflow automation platforms like n8n / Make.com. Strong proficiency in Python and working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, etc.). Experience integrating with Social Media APIs (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Meta) or social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Publer). Deep understanding of Prompt Engineering to ensure consistent brand voice and high-quality outputs. Experience setting up state management and databases to track post statuses (Draft, Pending Approval, Approved, Published).
