Fix PHP Login & Register Issue

I have a small PHP + MySQL client portal for my tutoring business. The login and register pages are broken, some users can register but then can't log in with the same details, and I'm seeing PHP warnings pop up on the page sometimes... (Budget: $30 - $250 USD, Jobs: API Development, Debugging, Frontend Development, Node.js, PHP, React.js, Web Application)
