AI Automation Engineer: Build a Custom Claude Customer Service Agent

We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Engineer to build and deploy a custom customer service agent powered by Anthropic's Claude. The objective is to create an AI agent that can accurately replicate our team's communication style, understand customer requests, and perform operational tasks by interacting with company systems and data sources. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience building AI agents that can interact with external systems, perform actions on behalf of users, maintain context across conversations, and incorporate human review for sensitive tasks.
