We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Expert to help transform and automate our accounting and tax firm's operations using AI and Python. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows, integrating business applications, and developing intelligent automation solutions that improve efficiency, generate leads, and streamline client communication. Responsibilities Build AI agents to automate accounting and tax firm workflows. Develop Python-based automation for repetitive business processes. Create AI-powered lead generation systems for LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and other marketing platforms. Automate CRM, email outreach, appointment scheduling, and follow-up sequences. Integrate APIs such as OpenAI, Google Workspace, QuickBooks Online, TaxDome, Slack, HubSpot, Zapier, Make.com, and GoHighLevel. Develop document-processing solutions using OCR and AI for tax documents. Automate client onboarding, document collection, and workflow management. Build dashboards for lead tracking, sales performance, and operational reporting. Optimize existing processes to reduce manual work and improve turnaround time. Ensure data security and compliance when handling financial information. Required Skills Strong Python programming skills. Experience building AI agents using OpenAI APIs and modern LLM frameworks. Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, or n8n. API integration experience. CRM automation experience. AI-powered sales and marketing automation. Lead scraping and enrichment tools. SQL and database management. Git and version control. Cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus. Preferred Experience Experience working with accounting, bookkeeping, or CPA firms. Knowledge of QuickBooks Online, TaxDome, Drake Tax, or other tax software. Familiarity with document AI, OCR, and financial workflow automation. Experience creating AI chatbots, voice agents, or customer support assistants.
