Data Scientist – Client Communication & Technical Coordination

We are seeking a Data Scientist with strong communication skills to act as the bridge between our customers and our Data Science team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure clear and accurate communication between clients and technical team members. You will help gather requirements, clarify technical questions, document important project details, and ensure that information is communicated effectively throughout the project lifecycle. While a solid understanding of Data Science, Machine Learning, and Image Processing is required, this role focuses primarily on communication, coordination, and technical project support rather than full-time model development. Responsibilities: -Client & Project Communication -Serve as the primary communication link between customers and the Data Science team -Gather, clarify, and document project requirements -Ensure technical details are communicated accurately and completely -Identify missing information and proactively ask follow-up questions -Translate customer needs into actionable tasks for the technical team -Coordinate discussions, feedback, and project updates -Maintain clear documentation of requirements, decisions, and project progress -Help ensure projects move forward efficiently by reducing communication bottlenecks Technical Support: -Create and manage training and test datasets -Train machine learning models for image processing tasks -Deploy trained models to production environments -Evaluate and improve model performance -Support the Data Science team with project-related technical discussions -Assist with dataset preparation, model evaluation, and other Data Science tasks when needed -Maintain a strong understanding of image processing and machine learning workflows Requirements: -Strong understanding of Python -Basic knowledge of SQL -Experience or strong interest in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Image Processing -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders -Strong organizational and documentation skills -Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business-friendly language -Comfortable managing multiple conversations and project details simultaneously -Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects -Only independent contractors should apply.
