Full-Stack AI Builder / Engineer (Remote — Emerging Market)

The Role We're looking for a hungry, fast-learning full-stack developer who wants to grow with a real team. You'll be building websites, dashboards, and integrated systems using Claude Code as your primary development engine, Python, GitHub, and Cloudflare. You don't need to already know Claude Code — we'll teach you. What we need is someone who learns fast, follows structured instructions, troubleshoots independently, and actually enjoys building things. What You'll Do • Build and ship multiple websites, dashboards, and internal systems • Use Claude Code as your primary AI development tool (we'll train you on this) • Write and maintain Python code for automations, integrations, and backend logic • Manage code in GitHub — branches, PRs, version control, collaboration • Deploy and manage sites/apps on Cloudflare • Troubleshoot issues across the stack and fix them without hand-holding • Follow structured build specs and execute on them • Grow with the team — this starts part-time and moves to full-time for the right person What You Need (Must-Haves) • Solid Python skills — you can write, read, and debug Python confidently • GitHub proficiency — branches, commits, pull requests, basic Git workflow • Full-stack web fundamentals — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, basic backend • A GitHub profile with real projects we can see (this is non-negotiable) • Fast learner — you pick up new tools and frameworks quickly • Good English communication — written and spoken • Reliable internet and a decent development machine • A genuine desire to grow with a team and build a career, not just chase gigs Nice-to-Haves (Not Required — We'll Teach You) • Claude Code or any AI-assisted coding tool (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) • Cloudflare experience (Pages, Workers, DNS) • Dashboard / data visualization experience • API integrations experience • GoHighLevel (GHL) platform familiarity • Cybersecurity or compliance industry exposure What We Offer • Part-time to start (20 hrs/week) with a clear path to full-time • $8–$10/hour USD, paid reliably and on time • Hands-on training with Claude Code and modern AI development workflows • Real ownership — you'll build real things that ship, not just push paper • A team that invests in people who perform • Long-term growth potential as Mostro scales How to Apply Send us: 4.
