Job Announcement: WordPress Website Support for Booking Platform Integration

We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to support us with several urgent updates to our website. Our website is built with WordPress, but it is currently running on an older WordPress version. Therefore, it is important that you have experience not only with current WordPress installations, but also with older WordPress versions, legacy themes and plugin compatibility issues. We are currently using the Doctena booking platform, which is integrated into our website. We would now like to test a new booking platform called eTermin for a trial period of approximately four weeks. During this test phase, it is very important that we can easily switch back to Doctena if needed. Ideally, the existing Doctena integration should not be permanently deleted, but only deactivated or hidden, so that it can be reactivated at any time. We would need these changes to be carried out as soon as possible, ideally today or tomorrow. Scope of work 1. Create a full backup of the website before making any changes. 2. Integrate the new booking platform, eTermin, into the website using an iframe. 3. Check whether the eTermin integration is compatible with the existing WordPress version, theme and installed plugins. 4. Test whether the booking platform works smoothly on desktop and mobile devices. 5. Ensure that the existing Doctena integration can be reactivated easily after the trial period if required. 6. Review the currently installed plugins, as some of them appear to be incompatible with one another. 7. Check whether the BeBuilder can be disabled or prevented from loading automatically, as we prefer working with the Classic Editor. 8. Review the website pages and delete pages that are no longer active or needed, such as an old privacy policy or an outdated appointment booking page. This should be done carefully, as we are not fully sure which pages are still active. 9. Add a YouTube video to the landing page. 10. Update the cookie policy including the use of YouTube.
