Press 1 to set up

I need a bulk dialing system integrated with a press-one qualification flow. The bot should dial through a provided list of numbers. If the recipient answers and presses one, the call forwards to me immediately. If they don't answer or don't press one, it sends an automatic SMS. If they reply to that SMS by pressing one, the system triggers a call back to me. I need a dashboard with full backend access to manage the lead lists and the scripts.
