Python RAG App — CX Support Tool (Small MVP, ~10–15 hrs)

Looking for an experienced Python developer to build a small internal AI assistant for a B2B SaaS team. What you'll build: RAG pipeline (retrieval-augmented generation) over a small set of internal docs + past support use cases Simple UI (Streamlit or similar) where a user pastes a support ticket and gets: suggested resolution steps, similar past cases, relevant doc references, and a confidence level Source citations on every output — no hallucinations acceptable Escalation flag when confidence is too low Stack preferences: Python, LangChain or LlamaIndex, ChromaDB or Pinecone Claude or OpenAI API Streamlit or FastAPI front-end GitHub repo with README You do NOT need to: Build any Zendesk integration Handle auth or user management Ideal candidate:Has built RAG apps before (show me examples) Share your rate + a relevant past project.
