React Fullstack Developer – Healthcare SaaS Platform (AWS)

We are building a healthcare SaaS platform and are looking for an experienced React Fullstack Developer to join our growing team. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and HIPAA-compliant web applications serving healthcare providers and patients. What you'll be doing: Build responsive front-end interfaces using React.js Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) Integrate with healthcare data standards such as HL7 / FHIR Ensure HIPAA compliance, security, and performance across the platform Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality Who we're looking for Someone with real experience on SaaS products — ideally in healthcare, fintech, or another regulated industry. You should be comfortable owning features end-to-end, from UI to database.
