We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to help build our online training academy. The ideal candidate has a strong background in developing learning platforms, membership websites, and online course experiences that are fast, user-friendly, and scalable. Our academy delivers professional training courses, and we need someone who understands the unique requirements of e-learning websites, including course management, student journeys, secure access, and seamless user experiences. Responsibilities Develop our WordPress-based training academy. Build and customise pages using modern WordPress tools and best practices. Configure and customise Learning Management System (LMS) functionality. Optimise website speed, performance, and SEO. Ensure the website is responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Required Skills Strong experience with WordPress development. Experience building online training or e-learning websites. Experience with Elementor or Gutenberg. Nice to Have Experience creating professional academy or educational websites. Knowledge of accessibility best practices. SEO optimisation experience. Experience integrating email marketing platforms and CRM systems, we use Katalyst to host our courses and our CRM Experience with AI tools or automation for learning platforms.
