Create AI tool to recognize pool cues

I run a billiards e-commerce site and regularly get asked by people if I can identify a pool cue (the maker and the model), and what that pool cue is worth. I would like to build a mobile-friendly web app (not looking for apple or android app) that allows a member to upload a picture and use AI to compare that picture against a database of old manufacturer catalogues that are indexed. Once the cue is identified, pull in sales data from ebay to display reasonable sales prices.. I will be charging per search fees. This web app will reside on my shopify site. Please advise what a general estimate and timeline is for this work.
