Healthcare App Developer / Team for Secure Patient Transport (HIPAA)

ABOUT THE PROJECT We're building a mobile platform for secure patient transportation. It connects patients (and the caregivers or coordinators who arrange their rides) with transport providers, and handles booking, scheduling, real-time trip tracking, and status updates from pickup through drop-off. The system handles protected health information (PHI), so it must be built HIPAA-compliant from the start. We're looking for a developer or small team that has shipped healthcare or other compliance-heavy apps and can own the full build: design, apps, and backend. WHO WILL USE IT - Patients and caregivers booking and tracking rides - Drivers and transport providers managing their assigned trips - Coordinators or dispatchers arranging and monitoring rides WHAT WE NEED BUILT - Original UI/UX design, custom to this product (no template kits) - Native or cross-platform apps for iOS and Android - Backend, API, and database - Real-time trip tracking and status updates - AI integration (details below) - Secure PHI storage with full HIPAA controls AI INTEGRATION We're open to your recommendation on where AI fits best. Some directions we're weighing: ETA and routing, scheduling or demand assistance for dispatchers, and a booking assistant for patients. Tell us what you'd build and how.
