Additional Mobile App and web Application Enhancement

We have two existing mobile applications and a web admin dashboard for each that are currently live and functional. We are looking someone to take over the project for an enhancement phase. The goal is to addnew features to both mobile apps, improve the overall UI/UX, and upgrade the web dashboard to give us better control and analytics.
