Adalo App Technical Audit & Performance Investigation

Hi! I have an existing fitness app built in Adalo that is currently live on the Apple App Store. The app works correctly for many users—new users regularly sign up, purchase class packs, and book classes—but some users occasionally experience intermittent issues that I have been unable to consistently reproduce. Reported issues include: * Some users occasionally cannot log in. * Password reset sometimes returns an error. * Some users receive the message “Some actions could not be completed.” * One user received the Stripe error “Couldn’t load the public Stripe publishable key.” * Some users report that the app works intermittently. Because the issues cannot be reproduced consistently, I am looking for an experienced Adalo developer to perform a technical investigation before making any changes. Initial Scope For this first engagement I would like you to: * Review the app architecture. * Review the login, authentication and password reset flow. * Review the Stripe payment integration. * Review the database structure and relationships. * Identify any performance bottlenecks or unnecessary database queries. * Identify any Adalo best-practice issues that could contribute to intermittent behaviour. * Review screenshots and error reports that I will provide. Deliverables Please provide: * A summary of your findings. * The likely cause(s) of the reported issues. * Any recommended fixes or improvements. * An estimate of the time required to implement each recommendation. * Please explain your findings in a way that I can understand, as I built the app myself and would like to learn from the investigation. Please do not make any changes to the app during this initial contract. This first engagement is for a technical investigation and audit only. I am looking for someone who can identify the root cause of the intermittent issues rather than recommend rebuilding the app. If we are a good fit, I will happily create a second contract to implement the recommended improvements. Please do not submit a proposal if your approach is to rebuild the app. I am looking for someone who can investigate and diagnose the existing app first.
