Full Stack Web Developer

About the Role: inspiratia is one of the leading voices in the energy transition space with a reputation for producing exclusive news, data, and analysis. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Web Developer with strong experience across modern front-end and back-end technologies to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for building scalable, performant, and intuitive web applications using Next.js, React, Tailwind, TypeScript, Node.js, Elasticsearch and MongoDB, while collaborating closely with product, design, and data teams. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain high-quality full-stack codebases for web applications. • Build and integrate APIs, backend services, and database-driven functionality. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement user-centric features and product improvements. • Optimise applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability. • Contribute to architecture decisions, code quality, and technical best practices. Required Skills and Experience: • 3+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript development. • 1+ year of hands-on experience with Next.js v14 or v15. • Strong full-stack experience with Node.js, MongoDB, and REST / API integrations. • Experience with React Hook Form, Zustand, SCSS, and DaisyUI. • Solid understanding of responsive design, component-based architecture, and application state management. • Experience with Git, collaborative development workflows, and shipping productionready applications. Nice to Have: • Experience with SSR/ISR in Next.js and performance optimisation best practices. • Familiarity with authentication, dashboards, admin panels, or CMS / CRM-based products. • Understanding of testing tools, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment practices. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote team.
