Self-Directed Azure Research & POC Specialist — Long-Term

I'm a cloud consultant juggling multiple client projects, and I need a self-directed technical right hand to research solutions and build proofs of concept that I take to delivery. This is varied R&D, not ticket-closing. The most important thing: you can take a vague problem and run with it. I give you the goal and the context, not step-by-step instructions, and I trust it gets done well without me checking in every hour. What you'll do: Research Azure problems and write up clear findings Build working POCs in a sandbox (configs, scripts, sample dashboards) Write runbooks I can follow to deploy Document everything cleanly Must have: Solid Azure fundamentals and the resourcefulness to self-teach General data literacy (SQL, data modeling, ETL, BI basics) Strong technical writing PowerShell and/or Python Real depth in ONE: (A) Power BI + Databricks + Python, or (B) Entra ID + Intune + Conditional Access Bonus: Azure certs (AZ-104, DP-203, SC-300), hands-on Databricks, a portfolio. Long-term role, starting part-time. Please answer the screening questions to be considered.
