Senior Software Engineer – Long-Term Partner

We are building an AI-enabled SaaS platform for complex business workflows where accuracy, security, and reliability are important. I’m looking for a senior full stack engineer who has experience building real production software in industries such as healthcare, fintech, insurance, compliance, payments, risk, or enterprise SaaS. This is not a simple website or landing page project. The work involves product logic, user workflows, dashboards, backend services, data models, AI integrations, and system reliability. You should be comfortable understanding business requirements and turning them into clean, scalable technical solutions. The type of person I’m looking for: You have built SaaS products before. You understand that healthcare and fintech products require careful handling of data. You care about clean architecture, not just fast delivery. You can work independently and communicate clearly. You are comfortable improving existing systems, not only building from scratch. You can think through edge cases, permissions, audit trails, and workflow logic. Possible work areas: Frontend dashboards and admin tools Backend APIs and service logic Database design and optimization AI/LLM-powered workflow features Role-based access and permissions Third-party integrations Reporting and analytics pages Bug fixing, refactoring, and performance improvements Helpful technical experience: React, Next.js, TypeScript Node.js, NestJS, Express, Python, or FastAPI PostgreSQL, Prisma, Redis, queues, background jobs OpenAI, Claude, DeepSeek, LangChain, RAG, vector search, or similar AI tools Secure SaaS platforms, workflow automation, payment systems, healthcare systems, or compliance-heavy applications I do not expect one person to know every technology listed.
