Are you an AI & Automation Specialist who gets a genuine kick out of turning messy, manual work into clean, self-running systems — and who wants to own an entire domain instead of just closing tickets? At Space'M Online, we're looking for a rare hybrid builder: someone who can automate our internal operations and help build AI into the way we deliver for clients. Not a no-code hobbyist, not a prompt-only theorist — a builder who ships, who runs what they ship, and who wants to make this domain their own. If you're the kind of person who sees a repetitive process and can't help but wonder “why isn't this automated yet?”, keep reading. This might just be the most high-impact AI & automation role you'll come across this year… We're not your average SEO agency. Space'M Online is a fast-scaling international team helping 7- and 8-figure mission-driven brands grow through strategic SEO — with the USA as a priority market. We move fast, and to keep that pace we need systems that scale as fast as we do. Right now, too much still runs on manual effort. That's where you come in. MISSION FOR THE AI & AUTOMATION SPECIALIST * Take manual, repetitive, and error-prone work off our pods and founders by building reliable automations and AI-powered systems — both inside our internal operation and inside how we deliver for clients — so the team can scale output without scaling headcount, and so we can turn AI into a real competitive advantage. MAIN SUCCESS KPI'S *Hours freed up per pod / founder per month through automation *Number of processes automated (and kept running reliably) *Reduction in delivery turnaround time across pods *Revenue / margin generated from AI-enabled services we couldn't offer before TASKS *Your work will be a roughly 50/50 mix of automation engineering and AI building: *Automation & internal operations *Map and audit existing workflows, estimate the effort per automation block, and prioritise by impact vs. effort — you always know what to build first and why *Convert manual status transitions and hand-offs in Monday.com into automations *Automate reminders, notifications, and email flows across Gmail and Slack *Integrate our tool stack — GA4, GSC, GMB, GTM, SEranking, Clarity, Hello-Office CRM, Jotform, *Fathom — via API, Zapier/Make, or native integrations *Automate communication and hand-offs between operations, project management, and clients *Continuously identify where processes can be simplified, sped up, or removed entirely *AI building & client delivery *Build and maintain AI-powered tooling and workflows (LLM/Claude API, agents, custom skills) that support both our internal team and our client deliverables *Take ownership of the AI systems we've already built — maintain, improve, and extend them so they're no longer dependent on the founders *Develop new AI-enabled services (e.g. within our GEO / AI-visibility offering, automated audits, and content pipelines) that we can package and sell *Prototype fast, validate, and turn what works into stable, documented systems — while keeping a close eye on AI/API costs and output quality (you know when to reach for AI, and when a plain automation is the smarter call) *Collaboration, reliability & ownership *Work closely with our SEO specialists and pod leads to map out workflows and understand what actually needs to happen before you automate it *Build in monitoring, error handling, and alerting, and own the fix when something breaks in a live client process *Document everything you build so it's maintainable, transferable, and never a black box only you understand *Communicate async through tools like Slack, Monday.com, and Loom — keeping updates clear and requesting input only when strictly necessary *Explain what you're building, and why, in plain language the founders and pods can follow — no jargon walls *Handle credentials, API keys, and client data (GSC, GA4, CRM, inboxes) securely and in line with GDPR — you treat access and sensitive data with the care it deserves You'll approach every build with a bias for shipping, an obsession with reliability, and a mindset of ownership. When something breaks or a challenge arises, we expect you to diagnose and solve it calmly, competently, and with minimal founder involvement. WHAT WE OFFER *100% remote: More flexibility for you. No time wasted in traffic, more efficiency in your day. *Efficient async communication in Slack and Monday — mostly written (no days full of meetings) *Freedom to build with the newest AI stack — no legacy systems, no bureaucracy holding you back *Direct impact on a fast-scaling company — what you build is used across the whole team, immediately *Full ownership of a domain — this is your area to own and grow, not a corner of someone else's *A real growth path — as the impact of this work compounds, there's a clear opportunity to grow into leading and building out your own AI & automation team *Young, driven international team *Continuous skill and career development budget *An action-taker, high-performance team & culture We will keep growing and expanding over the next few years. For this, we need experts and/or leaders who want to level up. REQUIREMENTS — WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Competencies: *High Standards: you expect both personal and team performance to be excellent, without settling for anything less than the best. *Builder's bias: you don't just plan and advise — you ship working systems, then make them reliable. *Efficiency & ROI thinking: you produce significant output with minimal wasted effort, and you can tell the difference between a high-impact automation and a shiny distraction. *Excellent structure & systems thinking: you can take a chaotic, manual process and turn it into a clean, documented, self-running system. *Ownership: you own the outcome end to end — build, maintenance, and improvement — and you don't wait to be told when something needs fixing. *Sound AI judgment: you keep an eye on cost and quality, you catch hallucinations before they reach a client deliverable, and you know when not to use AI. *Security-minded: you handle credentials, keys, and sensitive client data responsibly and by default. *Clear communicator: you can explain complex, technical work to non-engineers so everyone understands what's happening and why. *Intelligence: you learn quickly and absorb new tools, APIs, and concepts fast — the AI landscape moves weekly and you keep up. *Attention to detail: you don't let important details slip through the cracks — because in automation, small errors compound. *Proactivity: you act without being told. You bring new ideas, spot future problems early, and prevent them before they happen. *Calm under pressure: you maintain stable performance when things break or deadlines press. THIS WILL BE FOR YOU IF: *You have real, hands-on experience building automations (Zapier/Make or similar) and building with AI/LLMs (Claude API, agents, prompts, custom tooling) — you can do both, not just one. *You can actually program (e.g. Python, working with APIs) and are comfortable in tools like Claude Code — you build what you design, you don't just wire up templates. *You're excited to own and lead the AI & automation domain within a growing company over time — and open to growing into leading a team as the role expands. *A feel for SEO is a strong plus — you'll map workflows together with our SEO specialists, so understanding the work helps you pick things up faster (but you don't need to be an SEO expert yourself). *Bonus: experience with ranking or being cited inside LLMs / AI answers (GEO / AI-visibility) — if you've done this, we definitely want to talk to you. *You have excellent speaking and writing skills in English. Nice to have: Dutch skills *You're fluent with modern tools like Monday, Slack, Zapier/Make, Gmail Workspace, and comfortable around the marketing/analytics stack (GA4, GSC, GMB, GTM, SEranking, Clarity). *You consider yourself a High-Performance individual. Your routines and daily habits show it. Personal development, learning & growth are essential to you — part of what you do every day. *You're excited to grow both your professional skills and yourself as a person inside a company and team that values it. *You're available to work fulltime (40 hours per week), with overlap in Central European Time. READY TO STEP IN? *Are you ready for a role with impact, speed, and real ownership? And do you want to build systems and AI that put us a step ahead of what the competition can keep up with? Then let us hear from you.
