Fractional Technical Product Lead / App Builder

allwater builds water-reclamation systems for car washes and fleet washes. We're launching Watergeeks, a managed water-monitoring service. Our site controllers (Phoenix Contact PLCnext) already stream time-series data, accessible remotely via Twingate and Proficloud's Time Series Data (TSD) REST API. We need a hands-on technical lead to architect and build the v1 web app that turns that data into a customer + internal dashboard. What you'll do Own the technical architecture: how we pull data from Twingate/Proficloud (TSD REST API / OPC UA) into a web app, the data model, security, and alerting. Write a light PRD (user types, core screens, flows) with us. Propose the stack (web app — not desktop — hosting, database, auth, alerting) and justify the choices for a small, cost-conscious v1. Build (or lead the build of) the v1 dashboard and deploy it to 1–3 pilot sites. Work alongside our product designer and our internal technical reviewer (Tim). You are a fit if you Have shipped B2B SaaS or IoT/monitoring web apps end to end. Are comfortable wiring up REST APIs / time-series data and building real-time-ish dashboards. Think about security and multi-site/multi-tenant access from day one. Can move fast on a lean v1 and make pragmatic build-vs-buy calls. Nice to have Industrial data experience (PLCs, OPC UA, Proficloud, MQTT, SCADA). Alerting/notification systems (email/SMS on threshold breaches).
