Web App Development for Product Selection

We are seeking a skilled developer to create a web application similar to https://productselection.airmasteremirates.com/home.aspx. The ideal candidate will have experience in web development, including both front-end and back-end technologies. The project involves building a user-friendly interface and ensuring seamless functionality and build a custom Admin Dashboard with a Database Management Interface. Project Technical Requirements: Architecture: Must be built using a modern, standard web framework (e.g., Laravel, Node.js, or Django) ensuring clear separation of concerns so future developers can easily maintain it. Documentation: Deliverable must include a comprehensive README file detailing the system architecture, database schema, setup instructions, and explanations of the core calculation algorithms. Code Quality: Code must follow industry-standard style guides (clean code principles) and include clear inline comments for all mathematical selection logic. Admin Functionality: The application must include an Admin Dashboard allowing non-technical administrators to fully update, add, delete, or modify product models, physical sizes, and CFM coefficient lookup tables (ideally via CSV/Excel upload or a simple data grid UI). Code Ownership: Regular commits must be pushed to a private GitHub repository owned entirely by the client.
