AI/ML Engineer Needed to Develop AI-Powered Educational Technology SaaS Platform

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our development team in building a next-generation AI-powered educational technology SaaS platform. The platform vision, architecture, and product roadmap have already been established by AWayne, Founder & Lead Architect, and you will work closely with him to bring that vision to life. This project involves developing a production-ready SaaS platform that integrates Large Language Models (LLMs) to provide intelligent educational support, contextual conversations, personalized learning experiences, content generation, and AI-powered tutoring capabilities. Our goal is to deliver a secure, scalable, and enterprise-ready platform that empowers educators, students, and organizations through AI. As part of the development team, you will collaborate with AWayne to implement the platform architecture and core technical components. Responsibilities include integrating leading LLM providers, developing RAG pipelines and conversational memory, building scalable backend services and REST APIs, implementing secure authentication and user management, developing frontend functionality, optimizing AI performance, and contributing to cloud infrastructure and production deployments. The platform includes multi-tenant SaaS capabilities, role-based access control, administrative dashboards, analytics, subscription management, monitoring, logging, and enterprise-grade security. You will be expected to follow the established architecture while contributing clean, maintainable code, technical expertise, and implementation recommendations throughout the development lifecycle. Required experience includes Python, FastAPI, Generative AI, LLM integration, LangChain or similar AI frameworks, RAG systems, vector databases, AWS, Docker, PostgreSQL, React/Next.js, REST APIs, SaaS architecture, and modern AI application development. Experience building AI-powered educational, knowledge management, or enterprise SaaS platforms is highly desirable. This is a collaborative opportunity to join an ambitious AI product from the ground up. You will work alongside AWayne, Founder & Lead Architect, to help build, refine, and deliver a production-ready AI educational platform, including scalable cloud infrastructure, intelligent learning assistants, user and organization management, administrative tools, complete source code, and technical documentation.
