About the Role
This is a hands-on technical role focused on implementing scalable CRM systems, automation, and RevOps infrastructure across HubSpot, Salesforce, and Apollo.
You'll work from clearly defined project briefs with established deadlines. We scope the work upfront so you can focus on execution rather than gathering requirements.
1. What You'll Do
- Build and configure CRM solutions in HubSpot and Salesforce
- Design and implement:
• Workflows and automations
• Pipeline architecture
• Custom properties and objects
• Forms and lead capture processes
• Reporting dashboards
- Configure and optimize Apollo, including:
• Sequences
• Contact filters
• Domain and account lists
• Suppression rules
• Email account setup
• Workflow automation
- Stand up CRM environments from scratch for new client implementations
- Restructure existing CRM instances to improve scalability and operational efficiency
- Implement integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, and other RevOps tools
- Deliver clean, well-documented solutions that are easy to maintain
- Execute additional CRM and RevOps technical projects as they are scoped and assigned
2. What We're Looking For
-Required Qualifications
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM
• Strong Salesforce engineering and configuration experience (required)
• Experience configuring and managing Apollo
• Experience integrating CRM platforms with third-party tools
• Ability to work independently from written technical briefs
• Strong documentation and communication skills

• CRM integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, and related tools
• Reporting dashboard implementation and optimization
