I have a website designed by someone who I believe used AI. While much of the site works well, it is not fully responsive and the contact form page doesn't send the email. I noticed the css coding is not fully consistent, but I don't know if that is the cause of the nonresponsive layout for phones. Please take a look and give me a quote on time and timeline.
