Live Interactive Form

I am a custom home builder and I am looking to create a live interative selection schedule that can be update via via some sort of portal / cloud. I already have some building software but it does not accomodate this in such detail as I need... (Budget: $30 - $250 AUD, Jobs: Branding, Canva, Digital Design, Electronic Forms, Graphic Design, PDF, Visual Design)
