Looking for Fullstack Engineer for a SaaS platform

Fullstack Developer — SaaS Platform About the role We're building healthea, a SaaS platform that helps patients in quick guidance. We're looking for a Fullstack Developer who's comfortable owning features end to end — from the database schema all the way to the pixels users tap on. You'll work closely with our product and design teams to ship things that real customers rely on every day. This is a role for someone who likes shipping, cares about quality, and wants real ownership rather than a narrow slice of the stack. What you'll do - Design, build, and ship full features across the frontend and backend. - Develop and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs that power the product. - Build responsive, accessible user interfaces that feel fast and polished. - Model data and write efficient queries against our database. - Write tests, review pull requests, and help keep the codebase healthy. - Collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to scope and refine what we build. - Help shape technical decisions, architecture, and best practices as we scale. Nice to have - Experience working on a SaaS or multi-tenant product. - Exposure to cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or observability tooling. - Familiarity with payments, auth, or subscription billing. - Open-source contributions or side projects you're proud of.
