Senior Full-Stack Developer (MERN Stack & Next.js Expert)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Developer to build, optimize, and maintain our web application. The ideal candidate must have a mastery of the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) paired with intensive, real-world experience using Next.js for server-side rendering and static site generation. You will be responsible for creating clean, modular code, designing scalable database architectures, and delivering a pixel-perfect, high-performance user experience. Required Technical Skills & Competencies Frontend MasteryNext.js: Deep knowledge of App Router, Server Actions, Page Router, and rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR). React.js: Mastery of modern React features including Hooks, Context API, and state management (Redux Toolkit or Zustand). Styling & UI: Proficiency with Tailwind CSS, component libraries (shadcn/ui, MUI), and responsive layout design.Core Language: Advanced JavaScript (ES6+) and strong typing with TypeScript. Backend & API Architecture Node.js & Express.js: Experience building secure, RESTful, and GraphQL APIs. Authentication: Implementation of secure authorization standards like JSON Web Tokens (JWT), OAuth, or NextAuth.js. Performance: Knowledge of middleware development, error handling, and web performance optimization. Database ManagementMongoDB: Designing schemas, managing aggregations, and optimization using Mongoose ODM. Alternative Databases: Bonus points for experience integrating relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL when needed. DevOps & ToolsVersion Control: Advanced usage of Git and GitHub for team workflows.
