Senior WhatsApp API / Backend Developer (Meta Cloud API + Supabase)

Hi! So, overview... We are looking for a specialized backend and conversational engineer to help us build out a B2B ordering network entirely through WhatsApp. We use Supabase for our database backend and Flowcart as our conversational commerce platform. We need a pro who knows how to connect these pieces together seamlessly so that everything runs efficiently within a standard chat thread. What You’ll Be Doing Connecting our master database (Supabase) to the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API via webhooks. Setting up native WhatsApp Flows (interactive JSON forms, dropdowns, and screens inside the chat). Configuring automated transactional messaging templates to handle orders and updates. Ensuring all user data, catalog inventory, and transaction histories sit securely on our own servers. What We’re Looking For Proven experience working directly with the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Strong backend skills with Supabase / PostgreSQL (webhooks, database triggers, functions). Familiarity with Flowcart or similar enterprise WhatsApp automation platforms. Someone who understands how to build advanced, secure data pipelines, not just basic text chatbots.
