Wordpress Website Child Theme Creation & Optimization

I’m looking for a WordPress developer to help update my website with a child theme, footer design. I had a previous developer start the project, and it needs to be completed. ** What to know... ** - Wordpress Website - Working through Cloudflare CDN - MailerLite Classic email marketing newsletter form - SumoMe (BDOW) Welcome Mat marketing form - Bridge Theme - Recently Updated PHP - Hosted Currently on GoDaddy *** Priorities: *** #1 Create a Child Theme to resolve any PHP updates and streamline code #2 Add Footer to child theme that applies to all pages, with an option to turn it off on pages (I'll send a simple design to code into the theme). #3 Check and resolve any issues with Mailerlite and Sumo Me if there are any in the coding (it may be okay) #4 Consider Sitespeed optimization - keep everything clean and optimized for a fast loading website. ** #1 Child Theme Creation/OptimizationIncluding: ** - Manually identifying the specific lines of code in the Bridge theme that need to be efficiently updated for 8.3 PHP standards (if any) - Writing custom, modern 8.3 PHP code within the Child Theme to replace any outdated functions if needed. To prevent "Fatal Errors" when WordPress or server updates. - Ensure customizations (like the footer design etc.) remain intact even when the main theme updates - Please fix the youtube video embed on the website (right now it's not loading any of the youtube or vimeo embeds throughout the site). - Add code to stop A.I. scraping tools from reading or scraping the website. - Add Footer to child theme that applies to all pages, with an option to turn it off on individual pages (I'll send a simple design to code into the theme including simple navigation links, and a newsletter). - Please ensure mobile responsiveness across website - Please make sure that the child theme has appropriate Wordpress hooks and is not overriding the parent theme Bridge which would effect future updates. ** #2 Footer Design included in Child Theme Creation: ** - I will send a Photoshop File with a simple footer design that can be added into the child theme. - Please create an option where I can select to turn on or turn off the footer on different pages (and tell me how to do this easily on individual pages). - The footer includes: simple MailerLite optin email marketing form, navigation text links, plain text and social media icon links on a static color background. - MailerLite Classic Form populates into a specific email marketing campaign group in Mailer Lite. - Add Success message when email form is submitted. - Footer can be toggled off or on depending on if it's needed for the page (please tell me a quick and easy way to activate or deactivate the footer on any page I design in Wordpress).
