AI engineer

We are an AI tech company with several ongoing AI development projects. We are seeking an AI expert who has extensive industry experience. We need someone who can serve as AI Principal Engineer engineer, leading the research and implementation of AI algorithms. Examples of current projects: 1. Customized RAG system development 2. OCR workflow design and implementation 3. Geospatial image processing system Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the research, architecture design, and engineering implementation of advanced AI algorithms and machine learning models. 2. Act as the Technical Lead, guiding the R&D team through complex technical challenges while maintaining rigorous code quality and system performance. 3. Monitor the latest global developments in AI academia and industry to provide forward-looking recommendations for our technology strategy. Requirements: Experience: 5+ years of practical, hands-on experience serving in core roles such as AI Researcher, Senior AI Engineer, or Technical Lead. Tech Stack: 1. Core Programming & ML: Python, PyTorch, JAX, Scikit-learn etc. 2. GenAI & LLMs: Deep experience with Hugging Face ecosystem, LLM Fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA), LangChain / LlamaIndex, and Vector Databases (e.g., Milvus, Pinecone, Qdrant). 3. Cloud & Big Data: Scalable GPU compute instances on AWS / GCP / Azure, distributed training frameworks.
