We are looking for an experienced freelancer to thoroughly test and improve our skincare e-commerce website: sunshineskincare.ca. The goal is to make sure the website is fully functional, user-friendly, professional, and ready for customers to browse and purchase products smoothly. Scope of Work: Please review and test the entire website, including but not limited to: Full Website Testing Test all pages, buttons, menus, links, forms, banners, and navigation. Check desktop, tablet, and mobile responsiveness. Identify broken links, layout issues, display errors, or missing content. Test website speed and loading performance. E-Commerce Functionality Test product pages, categories, search, filters, cart, checkout, payment flow, shipping settings, taxes, order confirmation, and email notifications. Make sure customers can complete purchases without issues. Check product images, prices, descriptions, variations, and stock settings. User Experience Improvements Suggest and implement improvements to make the website easier to use. Improve homepage flow, product browsing, call-to-action buttons, and overall shopping experience. Make sure the site looks clean, elegant, and professional. SEO & Content Review Check basic SEO settings, including page titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, image alt text, and internal links. Identify duplicate, missing, or poorly written content. Suggest improvements for better search engine visibility. Technical & Security Check Check for plugin/theme issues, errors, outdated settings, and basic security concerns. Make sure the website works properly across major browsers. Provide a clear list of any technical problems found. Final Report Provide a detailed report of all issues found. Separate issues by priority: urgent, important, and optional improvements. Clearly explain what was fixed and what still needs attention. Requirements: Experience with WordPress/WooCommerce e-commerce websites. Strong understanding of website testing, UX, SEO, and mobile optimization. Ability to identify problems and provide practical improvement suggestions. Good communication and attention to detail. Experience with beauty, skincare, medical aesthetics, or luxury e-commerce websites is a plus. Deliverables: Full website audit and testing report. List of bugs, errors, and improvement suggestions.
