ManyChat–Make Integration Help

My Facebook Messenger flows are already running smoothly inside ManyChat, but the moment I push a contact over to Make.com the data stalls. Tags tied to each lead-magnet download never arrive because the text data inside the payload is not being formatted the way Make expects...
