Puppet Rigging for Animation

I need help properly rigging puppets in Adobe Character Animator. They're currently rigged in Photoshop, but I’m facing issues with warping during movements. I have 5 main characters and 1 guest character at this stage... (Budget: $250 - $750 AUD, Jobs: 2D Animation, Adobe Photoshop, Animation, Motion Graphics, Visual Effects)
