Atlassian Cloud Site Consolidation

We need an experienced Atlassian consultant to consolidate two Atlassian Cloud sites. The legacy site contains a client-facing Jira Service Management portal, support projects, workflows, forms, automation, and years of ticket history. The destination site contains our engineering projects. Scope - Assess both environments and recommend the migration approach - Migrate or recreate the JSM portal and support projects - Preserve tickets, comments, attachments, links, users, and reporting - Preserve workflows, forms, permissions, SLAs, and automation - Run a pilot before production cutover - Minimize disruption for external clients - Document the completed environment We prefer to begin with a paid discovery phase, followed by implementation. Required experience - Jira Cloud-to-Cloud migrations or site consolidations - Jira Service Management portals - Historical data migration and validation - Production cutover planning When applying, describe a similar migration you completed, the tools you used, what required manual rebuilding, and your proposed discovery cost and timeline.
