Business Process Automation - Web Scraping + Data Pipeline (MVP)

I need a simple automation MVP- scrape data from 2–3 websites, clean it, and deliver structured reports. Nothing complex, just something that replaces manual copy-paste work. The idea: scrape business data from target sites using Selenium or Playwright, extract and parse the data, clean it into structured CSV or Google Sheets, and set up a scheduled pipeline (cron) that runs automatically. Optional: a Telegram bot that sends a summary when new data is available. This is mainly a business process automation task - web scraping, data extraction, data cleaning, scheduled execution, and structured output. Backend experience is useful (working with HTTP requests, parsing data, building repeatable workflows). Optional: PostgreSQL for storage or logging setup. No heavy system design, no scaling, no complex infrastructure - just a clean MVP that replaces a manual workflow and can be extended later.
