Automate Outlook Workflows with n8n + Claude AI – Freelancer Needed

We need an n8n workflow that pulls in emails from Outlook and sends them to Claude for processing — things like summarizing, categorizing, or drafting a reply — then does something with the output (routing it, tagging it, notifying someone, etc.).
