Senior AI Developer for Multi-Agent AI Assistant (LangChain, Python, React)

We're building an AI-powered product with a Multi-Agent AI Assistant at its core. The assistant is designed to break down complex tasks, coordinate specialized AI agents, reason through problems, use external tools, and generate reliable, context aware responses. The core architecture is already in place, and now we're looking for an experienced AI Engineer to help us improve, stabilize, and refine the system. This is a short term engagement focused on understanding the existing implementation, identifying issues, improving agent workflows, fixing bugs, and ensuring the assistant is stable, reliable, and launch ready. We're looking for someone who can quickly get up to speed, diagnose problems, and implement better solutions. Experience with technologies: LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, Function Calling, Python (FastAPI/Django), React, Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL/MongoDB, vector databases, Docker, and cloud platforms is preferred. You don't need experience with every technology listed, but you should have strong experience building and debugging production AI applications.
