Spanish Speaker Developer Needed (no agency)

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Automation / Full-Stack Developer to support us with a new client project. The Idea is to build an AIOS. ABOUT THE CLIENT The client operates in the elevator and vertical-transport industry, providing installation, maintenance, repairs, rentals and spare parts for elevators, escalators and related equipment. Their operations involve field technicians, maintenance routes, emergency repairs, contracts, invoicing and warehouse management. We have already completed an initial discovery phase and identified several high-value systems to develop. MAIN DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES WhatsApp service closure Extend an existing WhatsApp bot so technicians can formally close fault reports with the work completed, status, timestamps, spare parts used and supporting evidence. Service-to-billing evidence Turn completed repairs, spare parts and additional services into verified, invoice-ready records to reduce missed billing and incorrect charges. New contract onboarding Create a structured handover workflow that captures contract dates, free service periods, recurring amounts, first billing dates and missing information. Recurring invoice automation Automate the creation and delivery of monthly maintenance invoices through CONTPAQi or a compatible invoicing platform. Spare-parts inventory control Build a mobile-friendly QR or barcode workflow for stock entries, withdrawals, job allocation, minimum-stock alerts and warranty records. Technician route visibility Track assigned visits, arrival and departure times, completion evidence, exceptions and time spent per job. Company-card purchase capture Create a fast workflow that records the cardholder, supplier, amount, receipt, category and associated client or job. Emergency escalation Build an automated call cascade that escalates unresolved out-of-hours emergencies until a technician or manager accepts responsibility. CURRENT AND PREFERRED TECH STACK The current environment includes: WhatsApp-based operational workflows Click Idea CONTPAQi Google Sheets Google Drive DocuSign Our preferred development stack includes: n8n Supabase and PostgreSQL TypeScript and Node.js REST APIs and webhooks WhatsApp Cloud API Claude / Cowork QR and barcode scanning The final architecture will depend on the integration capabilities of the client’s existing platforms. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Fluent professional Spanish Strong experience with APIs, webhooks, databases and workflow automation Experience with n8n, Supabase, Node.js or similar technologies Comfortable communicating with Spanish-speaking operational teams Able to translate unclear business processes into reliable technical workflows Strong understanding of data integrity, permissions, audit trails and error handling Able to start with small pilots and expand systems incrementally Experience with WhatsApp automation, field-service systems, inventory or invoicing is a plus This will initially be a project-based engagement, with the potential for ongoing work across this client and future automation projects.
