Automation on BOQ filling

We are fire Protection Contractors trying to integrate AI in BOQ file filling method. Current Method being followed as under: BOQ file (excel file) received from the client is read by an individual who understands every line of BOQ and checks the rate of the item from the data base held with the company. This database is updated regularly as per the market rates. This individual by the virtue of his experience is able to understand the BOQ items and fill the rates. Other than the rates of the item other overheads like transportation, wastages, accessories, labour, profit etc are applied to the purchase rate to arrive at the final rates. The BOQ file given by the client is an Excel file and the make list of the items to be utilized could be in Excel/pdf format. Aim to be achieved:- To reduce the human dependency, who makes mistakes while filling multiple BOQ within in a defined time period. Wrong calculation effects the overall execution cost, directly affecting the profit/loss. Requirement:- Looking for an RAG AI agent which can ingest data from the BOQ file, identify the job given in the BOQ file provided by the client, then compare it to the item rates from the company data base and takeout the purchase cost by applying the make filter defined by the Client. Then further apply the overhead factors to give out the final BOQ line item cost and the total cost of the project execution.
