Full-Stack Developer for Health Platform

Scope of work • Web app with role-based dashboards (doctor, pharmacy, laboratory, admin) • Patient mobile app (prescriptions + lab results) and a WhatsApp fallback channel via the WhatsApp Business API • Medication catalog with brand/manufacturer selection at time of prescribing • Prescription fulfillment confirmation at the pharmacy via QR code or PIN • Lab ordering flow: doctor orders → lab receives → results routed back to doctor and patient • Pharmacy inventory management module (paid add-on) • Owner/admin dashboard for revenue, subscriptions, and expenses • Digital signature integration with INDOTEL-accredited certificates • Consent and data-protection flows compliant with Ley 172-13 • Batch-tracking / anti-counterfeiting layer tied to DIGEMAPS sanitary registration data Required skills • Next.js (App Router), React, TypeScript • Supabase (Postgres, Auth, RLS, storage, edge functions) — strong row-level security experience is essential, this is health data • Vercel deployment, CI/CD, environment management • WhatsApp Business API / Meta Cloud API integration • REST/webhook integrations and third-party API work • Mobile app delivery (React Native or PWA — tell us what you’d recommend and why) Nice to have • Prior work on health tech, EHR, e-prescribing, or regulated platforms • Experience with digital signature / PKI integrations • Spanish fluency (the product UI and end users are Spanish-speaking) • Familiarity with Latin American or Caribbean markets Maintenance and support (ongoing after launch) • Bug fixes with defined response times • Security patches and dependency updates • Uptime monitoring, error tracking, database backups • Monthly feature iterations based on a shared roadmap • Clean documentation and handover-ready code — no black boxes
