2D to 3D Sheet Metal Conversion

I have a 2-D drawing supplied in first-angle projection and need it rebuilt as an accurate 3-D sheet-metal part in SolidWorks. The model should reach an intermediate level of detail: not every tiny fillet, yet complete enough for manufacturing checks and flat-pattern creation...
