UTM Tracking System Development

We are looking for an analytics specialist to build a scalable UTM tracking and attribution system for our startup. Our goal is to track and analyze website visitors coming from organic growth channels such as Reddit, Twitter/X, TikTok, Instagram, email campaigns, Slack/Discord communities, Product Hunt, Indie Hackers, and other growth initiatives. This project is not focused on paid advertising at this stage, although we plan to add paid ads, affiliates, and partnerships in the future. We are looking for a system that can easily scale as we add new channels. We also have multiple growth interns, so we would like to track performance at the individual contributor level (e.g., traffic and conversions generated by each intern).
