AI full stack developer

I am looking for an experienced AI/full-stack developer to build a web application that uses AI to transform videos into animated/cartoon-style videos while preserving the original audio. This is a personal project. There is no Figma design available, so a clean, modern, and user-friendly interface is sufficient.
